JOIN US FOR THE SECOND NATIONAL ABOVE THE INFLUENCE DAY

Join the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and The Partnership at DrugFree.org for the second National “Above the Influence” (ATI) Day on October 17, 2013.  Taking place during National Substance Abuse Prevention Awareness Month in October, ATI Day will be a time to celebrate youth living the “Above the Influence” lifestyle, as well as recognize the power of prevention efforts in local communities.

This annual tradition will reinforce ATI as a central substance abuse prevention tool on the national level and among community partners, key stakeholders and youth around the country. The national anchor event will be held in Washington, D.C. where the Campaign will spotlight youth activities and discussions happening across the country on National ATI Day.

You can get involved!

• Conduct an ATI activity or host an ATI-themed youth event on ATI Day.
• Encourage teens to take a picture of themselves/each other displaying the ATI Arrow logo on ATI Day and post it to their favorite social media site with the tag #ATIDay2013.
• If possible, host ATI activities throughout the week (ATI Week) to help build enthusiasm for ATI Day
